Will it sound like a robot to my customers?+

What if the agent gets something wrong?+
Escalation rules are part of the blueprint. Anything outside the agent's confidence range is routed to your team with the full transcript. You also get a log of every conversation, so mistakes get fixed permanently rather than repeated.
Which tools do you integrate with?+
Most CRMs, calendars, help desks and store platforms — HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Calendar, Calendly, Shopify, WooCommerce, Zoho, Slack and anything with an API. If it has no API, we'll tell you on the first call.
Do I own the agent?+
Yes. You pay for delivery and own the agent. Maintenance is optional — add it later only if you want us to host, monitor and improve it.
