Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion

1. Email info@hhnexusmarketing.com from the address registered to your HH Nexus Marketing account.
2. Use the subject Data Deletion Request.
3. Include your account email and, if applicable, your business or agency name and state whether you want the whole account or only connected Facebook/TikTok data deleted. Do not send passwords, access tokens, identity documents, or other secrets by email.
4. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

What we delete

After verification, we will delete or irreversibly anonymize account profile data, stored connected-platform tokens and identifiers, campaign workspace data, uploaded content, and other personal information associated with the account, except information we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Timing

We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. This is within Meta's maximum deletion period. If Facebook or TikTok removes our access or requires deletion sooner, we stop processing and delete the affected Platform Data as required. Backup copies may remain for a limited protected backup cycle before being overwritten and will not be restored for ordinary business purposes. We will email you when the verified request is complete.

Revoke future platform access immediately

You can remove HH Nexus Marketing from Facebook's Apps and Websites settings or revoke it from your TikTok connected-app settings to stop future access. You can also disconnect the account inside HH Nexus Marketing. Revoking access does not by itself guarantee deletion of information already stored in HH Nexus Marketing, so use the verified deletion process above for stored data.

Data held by Facebook or TikTok

This request deletes data controlled by HH Nexus Marketing. It does not delete your Facebook Page, TikTok advertiser account, or campaigns and posts hosted by those providers. Manage or delete provider-hosted assets directly in Facebook or TikTok.

Meta App Dashboard callback

For Meta App Review, the Data Deletion Request Callback URL is https://api.hhnexusmarketing.com/api/v1/meta/webhooks/data-deletion. When Facebook sends a signed deletion request, HH Nexus Marketing deletes Meta Platform Data held for that Facebook user and returns a confirmation code. Users can also use the email process above at any time.
