1. Who we are

HH Nexus Marketing provides tools that help individuals and agencies create, manage, publish, and review advertising campaigns on supported platforms. For privacy questions, contact info@hhnexusmarketing.com.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect:

• Account information such as your name, email address, phone number, role, business details, and authentication records. Your HH Nexus password is stored only as a one-way salted hash.
• Advertising information such as ad accounts, Pages, campaigns, creatives, budgets, performance metrics, and connected asset identifiers.
• Platform data provided after you grant permission through Facebook or TikTok, including encrypted OAuth access and refresh tokens, user or business identifiers, Pages, advertiser accounts, campaign data, and insights. We never receive or store your Facebook or TikTok password.
• Content and instructions you submit for campaign generation, including brand information, media, audience preferences, and approved advertising content.
• Technical and usage data such as device, browser, IP address, logs, errors, security events, and feature activity.
• Subscription and transaction references. Payment card details are handled by the relevant payment provider and are not stored by us unless expressly stated at checkout.

3. How we use information

• Provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
• Connect the assets you select and perform actions you authorize, such as reading results or creating and managing campaigns.
• Generate campaign suggestions and reports and deliver configured notifications.
• Authenticate users, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot problems, and comply with legal obligations.
• Respond to support, privacy, deletion, and account requests.

We do not sell Platform Data, use it for surveillance or unauthorized profiling, or use it for purposes unrelated to the functionality you requested. We do not share it with third parties except service providers needed to deliver those features or where the law requires it.

4. Facebook, TikTok, and connected platforms

When you connect Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, or another supported provider, your use of that provider remains subject to its terms and privacy policy. We request only permissions needed for features you choose. Facebook Platform Data is processed in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms; TikTok data is processed in accordance with the TikTok Developer Terms. You can revoke access in the provider's settings, although doing so disables connected features.

5. Sharing and service providers

We may share information with hosting, database, security, analytics, communications, AI-processing, payment, and customer support providers only as needed to operate the service and under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations. Campaign inputs are sent to an AI provider only when you choose an AI feature. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. Storage, security, and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS in transit, access controls, one-way password hashing, and encryption of stored OAuth tokens. No system is completely secure. We retain connected-platform data only while needed to provide the authorized feature. After a verified account or Platform Data deletion request, we delete or irreversibly anonymize covered data within 30 days, subject only to legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, or dispute records we must retain. If platform access ends or a provider requires deletion, we stop processing and delete the affected Platform Data as required by that provider. Protected backup copies expire through the normal backup cycle and are not restored for ordinary use.

7. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or deletion of your information. You may disconnect third-party accounts at any time and can also revoke HH Nexus in Facebook or TikTok settings. To delete your account or connected platform data, follow our Data Deletion Instructions or email info@hhnexusmarketing.com.

8. International processing

The service and its providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

9. Children

The service is intended for businesses and adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes and contact
